Job description

We are looking for an experienced International Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of global brand strategies within a dynamic and international FMCG environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 360° brand activation plans aligned with the global brand strategy.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, including brief development, timeline planning, budget management, agency coordination, production, implementation, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns, content, point-of-sale materials, events, partnerships, and activation plans across on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce, and retail media channels.
  • Analyze brand performance, sales, distribution, category dynamics, competitive landscape, consumer insights, and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable recommendations and strategic plans.
  • Monitor media plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards in close collaboration with local markets.
  • Coordinate with local teams and international stakeholders, ensuring global strategies are successfully adapted to the specific needs of each market.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution while meeting timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience managing international markets and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial orientation.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Fluent English is essential. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
